I am starting to wonder what is in the water in the Netherlands. I am getting a lot of submissions from there and it seems to be the place with a crazy amount of talent in plush land and beyond. Are the art programs really awesome? I kinda wish I grew up there.
So the next Netherlands entry is Fluffels. Cute with a whole lot of personality.
