i need forms

Right now i am still getting all your information on this excel sheet. I am thinking about many of you who still have yet to send me forms. I beg of you, please do...even if we are friends, or you are a normal Schmancy seller or whatever. There are too many people and this way I got your info. Things get lost with this much going on and I would greatly appreciate it. As soon as I am done I will be sending you a copy so you can verify the information. Thanks
