Seattle people and maybe you?

Today I spoke to Richard Hugo House about getting a space for a few plush workshops. What we have decided to do is a two workshops. One would be a week before the actual show that features two different plush participants and then another one in the middle of the month to keep buzz and excitement going. Don't know who would want to feature a project but basically there will be four slots to fill. Not only would we like people to do a project but we will also need other people to volunteer assistance. If any of you would like to do a project, assist with it all, etc. please let me know. Here is how I think it will work:

Week 1 (sat, sept 30th):

Project A: featuring plush participant A, will make project a from 12-1 (let's say).
* items for doing project can be purchased at Stitches who will also be a sponsor and bring us a few sewing machines to use for the event.

Project B: featuring plush participant b, will make project b from 1:30- 2:30.
* get items from stitches.

Then same for Week 2.

We would like to find people that will add variety to our projects. I would like to find someone that might incorporate plush with jewelry or a bag so that it ties all of our stores together.

If you are one of those people and want to participate, contact me asap with your proposal.

Each participant will be asked to go to Stitches beforehand to write a supplies list for your specific project.
